Dinner Plan
Monday - Leftover turkey mac wiith salad
Tuesday - Lentil-Sausage Casserole with salad
Wednesday - Leftover Lentil-Sausage Casserole with salad
Thursday - Out for dinner
Friday - Out for dinner
Saturday - Pancakes and eggs with fruit

Snacks
WW 1 and 2 point bars
Fruit
Edamame
EAS shakes
Mini pretzels
Yogurt
Fiber One Bars
Sees Suckers
Carrot Sticks
Zucchini Slices
Trail Mix

My number one goal for this week is to spend less money on food.  I know, I know - not evident by the number of times I am eating out, but those were previously arranged plans.  My grocery list for the week is relatively short and includes some Joey's staples that we seem to be out of (cheese sticks, ham/turkey, frozen veggies).  Let's see if I can get out of the grocery store for less than $50.

  1. That Lentil-Sausage Casserole looks yummy. We are on a cleaning out the freezer mission right now. We have just been hitting the fruit/veggie stand each week and trying to use up things we have on hand. Keep up the good work.
