Breakfast
Coffee with Splenda
1/2 c. oatmeal
3 egg whites

Snack
16 oz. coffee with FF milk
1 reduced fat string cheese

Lunch
Grilled Mahi Mahi Tacos (minus 1 tortilla per taco)

Snack
High Protein/Low Carb Drink

Dinner
Roasted pork
1/2 c. rice
1 slice fried banana
2 bites tamale
